DAIROKU is a trade name from when his family used to make Japanese boats, WASEN.
He has a respect for old things and his studio is located in an area with ruins from The Yayoi or Jomon period.
We first present his carbide-fired works.
When unglazed pieces are fired together with charcoal, the red clay turns black and the white clay grey.
