陶芸家・内村宇博氏が手掛ける、削ぎ落とされたミニマルなフォルムと、深く艶やかな色彩が美しい「オーバル皿M 飴」。
どこか懐かしさを覚えさせる飴色の釉薬は、内村氏の手仕事によって、モダンで洗練された現代のアートピースへと昇華されています。釉薬の溜まりが生み出す琥珀のような濃淡と、光を柔らかく反射する美しい艶。単一ではない有機的なグラデーションが、器の中に心地よい奥行きを演出します。
パスタやメインディッシュに最適なMサイズのオーバルは、丸皿が多くなりがちなテーブルにスマートな変化と省スペースな合理性をプラス。ゆるやかに立ち上がるリムが汁気のあるお料理もしっかりと受け止め、和洋を問わず、いつもの家庭料理を特別な一皿へと引き立ててくれます。

Crystalline glaze is a special glaze in which crystals of zinc silicate form in the glaze during the firing process in the kiln.
