使い始めの器は水分や油分を吸収しやすく、シミの原因になります。大きめの鍋に器を入れ、器がかぶるくらいの米の研ぎ汁（または小麦粉や片栗粉を水に溶かしたもの）を注ぎます。弱火〜中火で15分〜20分ほど煮沸します。火を止め、器がしっかり冷めるまでそのまま放置します。取り出して水洗いし、よく乾燥させます。
Pre-use care (sealing)
New dishes easily absorb moisture and oil, which can cause stains. Place the dishes in a large pot and pour in enough rice water (or water mixed with wheat flour or potato starch) to cover them. Boil over low to medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the dishes cool completely. Remove, wash with water, and dry thoroughly.

Daily Care (When Using and Washing)
Before Use
Before serving food, quickly rinse the dish with water or lukewarm water to allow it to absorb moisture, which will prevent oil and odors from the food from seeping into the dish. When Washing: You can wash it with regular dish soap. Since dirt can get into the uneven surface, it is recommended to scrub it with a small scouring pad rather than a sponge.
乾燥
洗った後は、ふきんで拭いた後に風通しの良い場所で完全に乾かしてから収納してください。濡れたまましまうとカビの原因になります。
Drying
After washing, wipe with a cloth and let it dry completely in a well-ventilated place before storing. Storing it while wet can cause mold.
浸け置き洗い
陶器はもろいため、長時間の浸け置き洗いは避けてください。
