金工作家・青山幸雄氏が、銅板を一つひとつ丁寧に叩き出す「鍛金（たんきん）」の技法で仕立てた長四方板皿です。
シャープで洗練されたフォルムに宿るのは、手仕事が生み出す圧倒的なテクスチャーの対比。
表面を覆うのは、冷たくもどこか儚い表情を見せる銀箔です。その繊細な割れ目の隙間からベースの黒漆が静かに顔を覗かせ、さらに重ねられた透き漆が、深みのある独特の奥行きを表現しています。
一方、表のマットな陰影とは対照的に、裏面は吸い込まれるように艶やかな「黒漆（くろうるし）」仕上げ。器を持ち上げた瞬間にハッとするような色気を放ち、手仕事の枠を超えたプロダクトとしての高い完成度を物語っています。

This elegant rectangular plate is crafted by metalsmith Yukio Aoyama, using the traditional Tankin (metal-hammering) technique, where each piece is meticulously hammered out from a single copper sheet.
Woven into its sharp, sophisticated form is a striking contrast of textures that only true craftsmanship can achieve.
The top surface features delicate silver leaf, presenting a cool yet ephemeral expression. Through the fine fissures of the silver leaf, the undercoated black lacquer quietly reveals itself, while an overlying coat of translucent Suki-urushi lacquer creates a profound sense of depth.
In vivid contrast to the matte shadows of the front, the reverse side is finished in Kuro-urushi (black lacquer)—so glossy it seems to draw you in. The moment you lift the plate, its breathtaking sensuality speaks volumes about its flawless refinement, transcending the boundaries of simple craft to achieve the quality of a polished product.
